TTS MIDSTREAM, a division of TTS Energy Services, recently designed, built and delivered, three workover drilling rig control packages. Working with an international equipment provider, TTS designed, built and delivered an E-House, ATEX Zone 2 rated operators cabin, Remote PLC enclosures, Field cabling and Hardware.

From concept to deliver the three-system project took 9 months to complete. TTS, along with their partners, strived to overcome supply chain challenges to deliver quality products to the customer in a timely manner. Each of the 3 systems comprised of a fully customized E-house designed to be carried on the back of a trailer as well as an Atex Zone 2 rated operator’s cabin. The system comprised of 1-600 Horsepower VFD, 1-800 Horsepower VFD, 1- Two Generator distribution panel, 1- 6 Section MCC, 1-Softstart Cubicle, 1-PLC Cabinet with associated interconnect cabling, plugs and auxiliaries. The TTS Midstream supplied equipment will be integrated with the rig equipment in the US for commissioning and testing. Once commissioning is complete the systems will be delivered to the Middle East.
