Safety

Our Approach
As with any undertaking, we would begin with the end in mind.
We would do so by defining success to all stakeholders, and mitigating as many issues as possible in planning and preparation rather than discovering them during functional checkout.
Steps might include:
- Discuss and understand the schedule and milestones and what role TTS plays in each;
- Identify all commissioning and startup tasks on the critical path;
- Establish effective communication with the construction team’s QC;
- Understand the flow of communication and the process and timeline for RFIs;
- Determine the deliverables;
- Establish training needs and gather/create any needed documents throughout the project to transfer information from our subject matter experts to your Operations;
- Establish early contact with known subs.
Mostly, our strategy would be to provide the level of expertise and commitment necessary to help the project succeed.

Cost Savings
Project success can not be defined without a focus on the project budget, and proactively consulting with your site team to achieve it.
Historical evidence consistently underscores the financial benefits of commissioning in projects, revealing that the absence of this process can inflate operational costs by 8 to 20 percent.
Competitive rates, schedule scrutiny, and embracing best practices are just a few ways you can leverage our 40 years of experience to save money on your project.

Notable Projects
Attached are some of the projects we’ve been fortunate to partner on.

Services & Product Offerings
Dynamics on the pipeline infrastructure necessitated...Flexibility.
Like virtually everyone in the distribution and transmission sector, this North American leader in the gathering, transportation, processing, and storage of natural gas, was very busy in 2016-17 with significant system modifications and project development to effectively monetize the rapidly changing production basins (Marcellus and Utica) as well as the somewhat lagging emerging markets or demand centers (industrial buildout & LNG exports).
